The gilding function of the printing slotting die cutting machine is realized by the gilding device. The bronzing device is mainly composed of a bronzing plate, a heating plate and a pressure mechanism.
A hot stamping plate is a metal plate with an intaglio pattern or text, usually made of copper or zinc. In the bronzing process, the bronzing plate is placed on a heating plate and heated by the heating plate. When the heating plate reaches a certain temperature, the intaglio pattern or text on the bronzing plate will be heated to form a thin metal film.
At this time, the printing slotting die-cutting machine will place the material to be bronzed between the bronzing plate and the heating plate, and apply a certain pressure through the pressure mechanism. Under the action of pressure and temperature, the metal film will be transferred to the material to be bronzed, forming a bronzing effect.
