Adopts Fujian Hengxin's new type of servo pressure-free leading edge, with independently driven servo motors. It can feed paper continuously or intermittently. An anti-static device is installed to eliminate dust that is difficult to remove due to static electricity's effect on dust particles.

Dust removal section: Independently driven servo motor

1. A dust removal unit is specially configured after the paper feeding unit, providing reliable assurance for high-wire fine printing and large-area solid printing. 8 sets of brushes lift the dust from the surface of the cardboard.

2. Two sets of high-power negative pressure dust suction fans completely remove the dust brushed up by the brushes. The white adhesive roller sticks the remaining tiny particles to the surface of the adhesive roller, ensuring that the solid printing effect has no defects and effectively reducing the number of times the machine needs to be stopped for plate wiping.

Printing section: Independently driven servo motor

Each unit is driven by independent dual servo motors, eliminating gear accumulation errors. Printing and embossing can be perfectly synchronized, achieving high-definition images.
