Product Description
1. All main shaft axes have undergone dynamic balancing and balance correction. The entire machine is designed and manufactured to high standards for reliability and functionality, with a user-friendly design that allows for quick setting, correction, execution, adjustment, and memory functions, all displayed with precise data.
2. All transmission gears are made of high-quality steel, hard chrome-plated, and surface-ground. The transmission gears use high-quality 40Cr steel, heat-treated, and ground. The main transmission shaft balance uses a keyless connection to reduce clearance and ensure printing register accuracy.
3. The automatic oil balance device maintains a balance of oil levels in each unit. The entire machine uses PLC control and has zero return and memory functions. (PLC combined with touch screen control is optional). Front-edge automatic paper feeding, vacuum suction assisted paper feeding, accurate and reliable. The left and right side baffles of the paper feeding section are electrically adjustable, the rear baffle is electrically adjustable, and the front edge gap is manually synchronously adjustable.
4. The slotting section height is electrically numerically controlled and adjusted; the creasing and slotting 5-knife linkage synchronously moves horizontally. (PLC computer control is optional)
5. The die-cutting section uses high-quality "Super Durable" polyurethane pads from Taiwan, equipped with a mechanical moving device for the pad roller, effectively extending the service life of the pads.
